North Ogden

As you probably guessed, North Ogden is located right outside the city of Ogden.  In 1934, the city was incorporated and has grown to the current population of 17,166.  Median income is $70,572, there are 4,547 households, and 9% of the population rents.  North Ogden climate is similar to the rest of Northern Utah so the summer high is around 91 degrees and the winter low is about 19.  The city celebrates Cherry Days each year and participates in fun activities such as a 5K run, dutch oven cook off, parade, sand volleyball tournament, fireworks, and more.

Utah Real Estate has recently felt the home market crunch.  Real Estate in North Ogden didn’t follow the recent trend and numbers went up.
