Scottsdale Ranch Az?
I need information on the Scottsdale Ranch area and specifically looking for a condo or townhouse in a maintenance free community. We are retired and planning to move out of Florida to Az so we can live closer to our son in the LA area. Any information on retirement living in the Scottsdale area would be appreciated. We were told to look north of the 101 for homes. Thanks SH

All of Scottsdale is really nice with the exception of South Scottsdale. You can’t really go wrong in any other parts. It all depends on what kind of living you are after. Try Re max or Century 21 to buy a home in the area. You can go to their website and pull up listings all over the valley.

A world of difference in the weather it is so dry and cool at night
I have a great home for your it is in Scottsdale and is still under construction and it is listed at $1.8 million My friend has another in Cave Creek . Its identical and the same price.
